The mask comes in two sheets. And as in the photo below, the material is very much gel-like. The mask seems stretchable to fit different face shape and sizes better. We are not sure if the local stores sell this but you can always check one nearby. Otherwise you could try out the online stores, such as rakuten, gmarket, strawberry.net, or qoo10. Most of them sell these in bulks and most likely cheaper than in store as well.
What we liked was the face that it came in two parts. One for the top part of your face, and another for the lower part. Somehow some masks have difficulties fitting onto our different face shapes and therefore end up not every part of our face is covered, we'd feel like we are not getting our money's worth. But with this it fitted perfectly, and also the gel like material really helps because it clings onto your skin. An idea of the material will be such of many under eye masks.
It has a light scent, that is bearable and many might even find pleasant. When you first put it on you will realise it is not as goo-ey as many other face masks, which will probably lead you to the thought "Wouldn't this dry out my skin even more?". Well, thankfully, after putting it on it feels pretty cooling, and even after you take it out, skin seems supple and did not dry out.
Direction - Leave on mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with water thoroughly.
Verdict - Nothing negative or really positive.

REVIEW : Bombi Original Repair Snail Cream

This product was actually bought from Singapore in one of the stores above Bugis St. It is located opposite Innisfree, and is a korean shop that carrya few Korean brands of cosmetics. We got this one honestly out of plain curiosity. News about the "magic" of snail creams have been going around lately and somehow this box of two tubs set were calling us from the shelves. After a bit of research, Bombi's Original Repair Snail Cream, turns out to be one of the popular choices for beauty enthusiasts.
Our first mistake was replacing this as moisturiser for day and night. It is actually used such as a second layer essence. This means it should be applied after applying your moisturiser. Because we used it as a moisturiser right after toning, it actually gets a bit oily faster. Advise would be do not slap on too much of the product on your skin before you're out for a hot day.
For blemished skin and acne prone skin, as of now, it has not made anything much better. It does not exactly worsen it either. But one thing we took notice was clearer and fairer skin. Even a little shade lighter now, but this has taken roughly 2 months plus for it to improve to this state. We liked that the tub came in a size that actually lasts. This tub definitely has maximum space in it that makes your money's worth. It lasts for a pretty good 2 months plus for daily use.
Direction - Apply and massage on skin after using cleanser and toner on skin.
Verdict - Does not improve skin much but does not worsen skin.

REVIEW : TONY MOLY Kiss Kiss Lip Scrub

First impression? Cute, very cute packaging. To save some of you the trouble, the tub opens by twisting the top, just in case any of you decide to peel it open like we did. Must've been out of our tired minds to not think about trying to open it in an alternative way. Therefore the aftermath was the scrub in the tub got messed up but no big deal. Just be careful and twist that tub.
The ingredients for the scrub contain jojoba and macadamia oil butter. If you've been a beauty enthusiast, you should be familiar with the benefits of these two. Jojoba oil is known to be similar in its properties to the sebum on our skin. Therefore application will trick our skin to producing less oil on our skin. On the other hand, macadamia oil is a good antioxidant and it even protects your skin from getting sunburnt !
It is slightly scented, but no worries, it is pretty pleasant. The scrub is not too harsh and can also be used on dry lips directly. Upon washing off, it leaves plump soft lips which we really like. However we wished the packaging was a lot bigger, such little amount is just not enough. There also weren't any directions for use for the product so you could search it up online or you could just refer below.
Directions - Massage scrub on lips for 1 to 2 minutes. Cleanse lips with water or tissue. Apply lip balm after dabbing dry.
Verdict - We need a bigger tub for the same price.

REVIEW : Laneige Firming Sleeping Pack

We first came across this product when we got some free as we would not have bought it ourselves because none of us seem to be at the age where we needed some help on firming our skin. But we were wrong, after some research, the reason why we must take care of our skin since our younger days because it affects how our skin age and affects our skin as we get older. And to think about it it is better to take steps to maintain the firmness of our skin while we are still in our twenties than worry and try to correct our already untight skin as we get older. Prevention is better than cure. Also did you know we cause stress to our skin daily? With exposure to the sun, pollution and everytime we rub or tug on our skin it actually affects it in the long term. So if especially for girls who put on a lot of makeup everyday, this might really affect you even when you remove your makeup. So it is advisable to be more gentle to your skin, no excuses even if you are in a hurry or too tired.
So when we first saw this, we seriously thought it has gone bad or something somewhat along those lines. It looked like rotten milk, like hardened rotten milk. We will attach a photo below so you could see. Its texture is like jelly and each time you scoop some up it smoothly covers up the dent so it is as good as new the next moment. It feels kind of cool in a way. So back to the product, it smells okay, kind of strong but it does not smell bad or anything but it smells scented definitely. Also when you take a scoop if it out, which as all Laneige tubbed products come with a spatula, it feels weird to put on something like jelly on your skin but no worries as once you rub it in it turns into just normal moisturiser texture and will not fall off of your skin.
We have been using this for about a month now, and although at this age we probably will not be able to see much difference or feel the effects but surprisingly we felt our skin being tighter than it usually is. And also in a healthy way like it does not look stretched or anything but just healthier and tighter. We are so far satisfied with the results and cannot wait for the months ahead to come. Also the texture might be too thick so as recommended this is for night time use right before bedtime.
Directions - Use after cleanser, toner and moisturiser. Leave in over night. Rinse of the next morning.
Verdict - So far happy with the product.

REVIEW : It's Skin Aloe Calming Mask Sheet

We actually got a few of this free and we are aware of this brand from Korea, of course because of Nickhun. You just cannot miss that face everytime It's Skin's advertisement pops up. However none of us have tried any of their products. Mainly because it is not available here? So anyways we bought some stuff from an online store, and got these few for free. So therefore we are not sure where can you get this, probably on Qoo10 or on Gmarket.
So when we first took this mask out of the packaging, you could definitely smell the aloe vera. It really seem as if they dipped and soaked the mask in just aloe vera and with no other ingredients. You will get what we mean when you try it out. Because unlike many masks this is not goo-ey and it almost felt like water absorbed. Therefore at first we were really sceptical about this one because the other masks had gels that feel like moisturisers that get absorbed into your skin and all that. But this as we said early on did not feel like so. But according to the ingredients as you can find in the photo below, there are other stuff in this.
So far this mask seem to work as it says to. We tried it on sensitive skin and also on blemished skin that get red or irritated easily. This mask does not irritate or worsen the skin, so we guess it passed in our books? But does it improve the condition of the skin? Well the skin does seem calmer but what we liked about this mask was it somehow feels very fresh after you are done. Not minty kind of fresh, but cooling. I mean we all know aloe vera is good for our skin, so yah we would recommend this mask for those of you living in tropical countries or is having summer over in where you are currently living. And also for those of you who are on holiday or dealing with sunburns.
Directions - Put on mask for 15 to 20 minutes and gently peel off mask from the edges.
Verdict - Has a pretty calming effect on the skin. Not bad.

REVIEW : Dewy Tree Tea Tree Blemish Solution Mask

You may ask what prompt us to lay our hands on this but doesn't the packaging look pretty legit? And also having blemished skin, this one targets them, as written right in front in such bold letters. So we got these off the rack in a store in Bugis, on the second level. They sell a few korean cosmetics and if we remember correctly it is situated right opposite the Innisfree store, which is another Korean brand. We have never really heard of this brand but it was worth a try and you can read further about our take on this below.
It smells of tea tree but no worries it is not too strong nor overwhelming like the previous tea tree products we have tried. And it seemed pretty soaked but that really help in fitting the mask on. The size of the mask was pretty good in the sense normally most masks are too small. So this will be a short one because basically it is just a mask. It really did calm down blemishes and reduced redness so overall this mask was satisfactory. Also there were some sort of sting effect at first but that was probably due to very dry skin each time that we tried this mask out but soon enough it feels pretty cool.
So if you are thinking of getting this, you may try it out and let us now how it goes. Also you may want to look for other substitutes as if we remembered correctly again it is pretty pricey, or maybe that was because we bought the mask sheets one by one, there probably is a set of these together sold at a much cheaper price. As all of you should know most korean brands they have their stuff in packs and bulks. Yay for korea cosmetic industry !

REVIEW : KOSÉ Clear Whitening Mask

This product has been around for some while and so have we been using it. We actually love this product but only decided to review it now in the new year. This would be one of Kosé's best selling products, and we are glad they're kept this around after all the years, well of course. It is a liquid mask, black in colour that dries off after awhile and hardens. It is a peeling type mask. We thought this product worked pretty well and does clear the skin even with one use, whiteheads can be seen on the residue even if it is the first time use. Skin appeared a lot cleaner and clearer after use. The ingredients can be found in the photo below.
You would really want to avoid the product from touching your hair or you should be prepared to lose some or spend extra time cleaning your hair afterwards but it will not get too messy we assure you. You may apply some of the product on the back of one hand first, but be sure to be fast before it gets stickier then it will be harder to spread it out. But no worries it will not dry off or harden that fast as well. Apply a even layer and you will realise that from your first try of the product, if you apply a layer too thin, it does get harder to peel the mask off. It will break off and especially where you get some hair in with the mask. So it will be better to apply a thicker layer but not too thick of course that you are wasting the mask and also it will prolong the time for it too dry or you will have problems peeling the mask off and washing cleaning your face while it is still semi dry. Make sure the layer is even so you can peel the mask all off at once.
There is slight tingling especially if you get it too close to your eyes, so it is better to keep the product spread away from your eyes and hair as recommended. Also when you peel, some of your you have a lower pain tolerance might feel it hurt more, but beauty is pain girls. While yes this may feel like a pore pack or mask just when you're peeling the mask from especially the nose area, it does not clear your pores as efficiently as that. You should remember this is a whitening mask, if you're looking for something that clears your pores, stick to the mainly pore packs, they work the best.
Also another tip while peeling the mask off, apply pressure on your skin where it is free of mask when you peel. Some of you may think this is only natural but seriously there is some of us who just peel carelessly not minding the damage we are causing to the skin by pulling and stretching while we peel the mask off. What we wished was, for it to come in a bigger tube, because probably we like to apply on a thick layer every time since it eases the peeling part, but just a bigger tube please. Also a pump or some other packaging because, as you all should note, it can get a bit messy especially if your leave the opening at the bottom for too long. And no worries if you have some product leftover on your skin, just gently rinse or rub on the area and it should easily come off.

Lakme Cosmetics S.L is a company from Spain and they generally have been around for some time and have pretty good products. This particular product is a winner. It is a repairing lotion for dry and damaged hair. It just smoothens effortlessly and you can feel the difference especially when you occasionally just run your fingers through your hair. It is a leave in lotion and you can just go about your day after application.
Now, this is something we stumbled upon again and realised we have not shared this with you. It has been in the market for quite some time, years now, and we started using this product since even its last packaging. And we cannot believe we overlooked sharing this with you guys. All of you should get one of these. It is really a miracle. We stopped using this for about one year or so, and when we found it in our local stare again, we had to get one. If we are not wrong, this product has won multiple awards over the years already.
Not to make you think we are basically writing up something that might not be a miracle to your hair. We have to state that everyone is different and the results may differ of course but we have all tried it at MachérDaily and even the awards speak for themselves. Maybe look through the web for more reviews on this if you are still sceptical.
Firstly, this product is oil based but when you spread it on your hair i guess it absorbs pretty well, so you do not have to worry about putting it on during the day. Your hands might get oily but you could wash them off easily after application though. And also for this review this time around, we applied a generous amount only nightly as just in case we do not want to have our hair looking oily throughout the day. We also only apply mostly to the ends of the hair where it gets really broken, split and dry.
Directions - Apply a few drops to dry hair and leave in.
Verdict - Will definitely repurchase until the day its production stops.

Well, we got across this product after reading a few reviews especially in the US and decided to try it out. We even checked out some of the youtube videos on it. We are not sure how effective this really was to them but here's our experience on it. Also you might want to check out some of the US beauty bloggers especially because they have discount codes that enables you to get this at just half the price at checkout. Also on this particular website that we bought this product, they shipped internationally and the parcel arrived in about 2 weeks tops.
Firstly, we were really amazed by the results of so many reviewers. But honestly, we were left disappointed. We are not sure a the lighting was a problem or our eyesight but we failed to notice much of a difference. Our colour probably went up a 0.5 on the dial. We tried this a few times but still failed to get the amazing results as claimed by the other bloggers. Anyways if you guys decide to try this out, feel free to leave comments. And also, below is a photo of the items you will need, that is already in the box.
You got vitamin E swabs that release when you break it off at the marked end, which we find really cool. Wipes for your teeth to dry them. Syringe, small brush, a dial, and the LED light (which we find it quite cool as well). When you try this out our problem all the times that we tried it was we just can contain our saliva, in other words we cannot stop drooling. Which leads to the question "Won't the saliva coat or wash away the gel and affect the results?" We are still not sure about that but have in hand something to do to take your mind of that, we had television shows and movies in hand while doing this. We know it is just 20 minutes, but it can get pretty nerve-racking with whatever that your mouth needs to hold.
Direction - Start with the teeth wipe, wipe down your teeth and gums with the blue side of the wipe. Proceed to break off the marked end of the Vitamin E cotton swab. Coat your teeth and gums with the cotton swab. Eject the gel onto the small container. Dip brush and coat teeth with the gel. Turn on LED light and place in mouth for 20 minutes.
Verdict - Probably did not work at all. And it is pretty expensive.

REVIEW : Pearl Drops Everyday Extra Whitening Smokers Toothpaste

As you can see above we have tried this one out and we only got ourselves a tube and stopped there. Pardon the photo because we forgot to take a picture before we tried it but this shows our reviews are based on real experiences right? So, about this toothpaste, it just seems like any other toothpaste but why we purchased it was cause probably Pearl Drops specialise in teeth whitening so we thought we should give this a try.
None of us here have extremely stained yellow teeth but I guess when we read the words "Smokers Toothpaste" on the packaging, we were bought there and then. Because this would mean on just a little stained teeth it would probably work even better at whitening it no? But it did not really worked to our favour. It smells just normal and is white in colour. Also when we read that it helps to whiten teeth without the use of harsh abrasives, bleaches or acidic pH, we were even happier.
It is not the gel type of toothpaste that some people dislike or like. Sorry again we did not take any photos of that beforehand as well. Also somehow after using this toothpaste, although it feels fresh, it somehow feels some freshness is still missing, like it is not 100% clean. but this is just personal opinion. You may try it for yourselves.
What we also realised was compared to other brands of toothpaste such as Darlie or Colgate, this one sticks easily especially on the sides of the basin. We are not sure what that means but for us it is a bigger mess and it gets too sticky or surfaces. Probably this means it sticks better to your teeth or so? Anyhow we are not going to really recommend this product if you are a smoker or have yellow teeth. Because by the time the tube was done in about a month or so, our teeth seemed to be still in the same shade of off-white yellow.
Verdict - Will not repurchase. Did not work, did not whiten teeth.

This product comes in Laneige's mask range and it is formulated to prevent blackheads. It is said to tighten pores as well. It is suitable for all skin types and may be used on sensitive skin as well. It contains certain ingredients that purifies the skin, absorbs excess sebum and eliminates skin dead cells, and also some that removes toxins and impurities that are around your pores and strengthens your defense system against pore-related problems.
It is a pretty smooth mask, and when it dries it kind of dries off. But no worries it can be washed off easily when you add a little water and rub it in. It feels somewhat like clay. It does sting a bit especially when you leave it for a longer amount of time. It does not effect sensitive skin and you may be able to use this if you have so. As recommended by the sales assistant at the counter, leave this product on for 3 minutes for normal skin and 5 minutes for acne prone skin.
But we recommend if you have not so much of a skin problem, you may just pass this product on. You will not be needing it. What is Laneige's Skin Refiner? In other words, its a name for their toners. This toner we chose, is for sensitive skin types. It promotes healthy skin with detoxifying and anti-stress effect agents. What we like about this product is it is also fragrance-free, alcohol-free and color-free. It does not irritate the skin so you can take our word for it if you have sensitive skin. We've tried it and used it for quite some time now and all has been well.
This toner has really helped with wonders with the skin. We tried this for use together with Laneige's Clear-C Effector and to our surprise it worked pretty well than other toners coupled up with the Clear-C Effector. As in you could generally see improvements faster. The skin looks more radiant and clear, looking clean and less oily.Skin is also surprising looking more refined, we thought it was just a name for the product. So we are currently hooked on this product as well.
We would recommend use of this product with Laneige's full line. It is to a certain degree true that products in the same line of a certain beauty brand compliments one another and for optimal results should be used together. We would suggest at least use this toner together with a cleanser and moisturiser from Laneige as well. As you can see from above pictures, unlike most make-up removers, this one is oil-free. This make-up remover is also rinse-free. This is from their sensitive skin line and we have tried and approve of it. It does not irritate the skin. The list of ingredients can also be seen in the picture above. The packaging comes in two sizes, a travel convenient size and another the bigger one as you can see in the lower pictures. It lasts doe a long time and is worth the price to take care of your skin.
Attached below is the photo of the cotton pad used with the product to wipe the make up off. We just firmly pressed against the skin without any rubbing. We have used a normal liquid eyeliner, eyeshadow and a non-waterproof mascara for the photos for the eyes. We also used concealer and powder for the photos for the skin.
What we love about this is it also acts as a cleanser for the skin. So while you are busy removing your make-up, there it is cleansing your skin as the same time. This particular product is perfect for your tired nights, not to mention the blurred ones due to excessive alcohol consumption as well. Just with a few swipes of this, and you can crash into bed. At least this would be a way better solution than to crash into bed without removing your face of the make-up and dirt that has piled on over the day.
Directions - Soak cotton pad, proceed to cleanse and remove make-up and dry gently.
Verdict - Worth repurchasing.

If you are into beauty supplements, this brand should sound familiar to you. It is a japanese brand and has build a trusted name in the beauty industry. No other reason that we bought this product, other than to get fairer/whiter/etc, you get the point. The reason all of you are here too. Well, on our own statistics, we have tanned skin, not dark but tanned but also the kind you do not purposely go to the beach for. That is what you get mostly living in a tropical country, the sun chases you.
You can see more in detail the benefits of this product and its ingredients in the photos attached with this post. But we also think this bottle is just pretty, with white and blue, this is random, we know as well, ha.
Well, to start on this, how about the taste? It actually tastes like vitamin-C. Sweet, citrus taste, pretty decent, but you are going to swallow it anyways with water. Do not have this with an empty stomach. The size is pretty small maybe less than 1cm diameter, makes it easy to gulp down. We are already on our second bottle and we are sorry we do not have a measure on our skin so we cannot show you the exact results. There is not much to write about supplements especially because it is either it worked or not and if it had any side effects. So, yes it worked a little bit and no, there was not any side effects. We would also want to talk about the price. This product is not that cheap and one bottle will only last you a month with 180 tablets. So, you should really think before starting this.
We would suggest you hold on to the same brand of supplements when you get done with the first bottle to see the results. It is definitely the same with this one. We could not really tell the difference on our skin or maybe unless you have a skin tone meter, the ind you have a measure of your skin tone and colour everyday. It was not until the second bottle in that you will start to realise a little change in skin colour. Also make sure that you are disciplined to take your pills in time, such as two after meal, and 6 per day. Maybe our results varied because some of us was missing all 6 pills in a day or a few days and or maybe we managed only 2 or 4 per day.
Direction - Take 2 tablets after meal. 3 times daily. Take 6 tablets per day. This would mean 2 after every breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Verdict - Only saw little visible results after starting the second bottle.

We have been reviewing mainly facial products and decided to throw this one in for the weekend. We should not only take care of the skin on our face but on our body and its overall wellbeing as well. We may deny it, but good skin is one of the properties that build your confidence. Everyone is looking for that healthy, glowy skin that does not seem to age with time. Neither does it have scars and pimples on it. Well, some can only dream.
Back acne is not something that should be taken lightly. It messes with one's confidence as well although it might not be in sight of his or her peers. It affects the persons' style or fashion as well, as to not being able to wear bare-backed clothing. Back acne might run in the family for you or for some, it has to do with personal hygiene. There are times you sweat it out at the gym but do not bother to wash it off till sometime later, or have long hair but decide to not wash it often enough. Or it may also be your body being heaty and it being lack of water.
Mentioning about back acne leads us to today's product review. T3's Pimple Solution Acne Body Wash. Trust us, all of our lives we've been trying to rid of the acne, then the scars then they all end up coming back. Here starts was and our journey to find the perfect solution. That's when we laid our eyes on this one. However you would understand the short post soon. You may refer to the photo below for the ingredients.
The gel is clear and somewhat reminds you of glue. It has quite a strong smell, that one would probably mind showering it. So, make sure to have a smell of the bottle before purchase. Otherwise, you could simply just use these for your showers before bedtime. And truth be told, at first we were excited as for the first few days it really seemed like it work but as time went by the bottle was done and the acne was still there. We were disappointed as we heard of its sister product for face and about how good it was. You could always pick a bottle up and try it for yourselves. Guess this was not it for us.
Verdict - Did not work for our backs.

REVIEW : 3CE Duo Cover Concealer

We are back with another 3CE review, finally. It took awhile for us to try it out for you until we made our conclusion on the particular product. You will understand why we decided on this one soon enough. Firstly, packaging, it comes in a compact little box that fits in your palm, literally that small. Which is one of the reasons we like it, so that we can carry it around conveniently in our bag, pouch or purse. It also comes with a nylon-brush which is a plus point. You can also check on yourself constantly or apply this on conveniently anywhere with its mirror behind the lid when you open on the inside.
As you can see in the photos above, it comes with with two palettes of two different tones. Do you girls still use a concealer in a certain colour that is only close to your skin colour but not really there but it is doing the best it can? Well, this might just be the solution for you. Because of the two tone of colours it comes in, you are free to blend the colours to match your skin colour. Simple as melting the colours on the back of your hand and blending them together for application. This concealer even works on red spots. It would be a great idea to use this to cover up scars as well. For coverage, you can refer to the photo below.
As you can see also, it does not cake up neither does it look cake-y. It is not so build-able however, it already provides quite good of a coverage so we see no reason to add on the layers. The colour is mainly for asian skin and if you are tanned, you must understand that you cannot go darker than the colour on the right. Likewise the colour you desire cannot be any lighter than the one on the left. You would have to be in the middle range.
There were certain downsides on some of the products and so too for this one. What we wished was for it not to be so dry. It dries up too quickly that when we apply it on our under eyes it just drags the brush. The solutions would be in your moisturiser, primer, and of course you could probably melt a thicker amount on the back of your hand, which would make more product waste. Another way is to use your fingers to dab the product onto your skin as your finger's warmth will help melt the product a little. Anyways, we hope you would still give this product a try, because it really is not that bad at all !
Verdict - Good for matching your skin colour. Dry for application on skin. Would really prefer a more liquid form.

REVIEW - Aiken Tea Tree Oil Daily Moisturising Lotion

We all should by now know the use of tea tree oil especially if we have acne-prone or pimply skin. This product is specially formulated to target pimple-prone skin and removes excess oil, controlling shine and refining pores. This product is know for its oil control and UV Protection and can be found in nearly all departmental stores and pharmacies nationwide.
It is recommended for this product to be used with its cleanser and toner of the same brand, which is Aiken. Maybe because we did not happen to test out this product at the same time with its sister cleanser and toner, our results and findings might be less accurate. However for those of you who are looking to replace just a moisturiser in your beauty regime, here would be our experience.
Firstly, it took awhile for us to make peace with the smell. It is white and goes on transparent. This product is probably fragrance free and what it smells like signals to you that it is probably for raw tea tree oil smells like. It smells pretty strong especially after you have applied it on your face. But keep in mind you are doing this for the health of your skin. It helps in controlling oil however do not expect your skin to be matte and that sweat will not affect your skin. However, this product does not dry out your skin.
At first use, there would be not much of a difference. After constant use for about nearly a of day and night use, you will realise clearer skin. This is where our results might vary. That being said, the skin condition improved only until that certain point. To this day, blemishes still appear, and the product seemed to have worked only to that extend and maintaining it. Therefore it would be advisable to use this product with others in the Aiken brand in order to see optimal and desired results.
The product ingredients are as below.
Directions - Apply to face and neck. Gently massage in circular motion. Spread evenly.
Verdict - Product did not affect skin all the way. Will not repurchase unless purchase in full complete set.

We all should by now know the use of tea tree oil especially if we have acne-prone or pimply skin. This product is specially formulated to target pimple-prone skin and removes excess oil, controlling shine and refining pores. This product is know for its oil control and UV Protection and can be found in nearly all departmental stores and pharmacies nationwide.
It is recommended for this product to be used with its cleanser and toner of the same brand, which is Aiken. Maybe because we did not happen to test out this product at the same time with its sister cleanser and toner, our results and findings might be less accurate. However for those of you who are looking to replace just a moisturiser in your beauty regime, here would be our experience.
Firstly, it took awhile for us to make peace with the smell. It is white and goes on transparent. This product is probably fragrance free and what it smells like signals to you that it is probably for raw tea tree oil smells like. It smells pretty strong especially after you have applied it on your face. But keep in mind you are doing this for the health of your skin. It helps in controlling oil however do not expect your skin to be matte and that sweat will not affect your skin. However, this product does not dry out your skin.
At first use, there would be not much of a difference. After constant use for about nearly a of day and night use, you will realise clearer skin. This is where our results might vary. That being said, the skin condition improved only until that certain point. To this day, blemishes still appear, and the product seemed to have worked only to that extend and maintaining it. Therefore it would be advisable to use this product with others in the Aiken brand in order to see optimal and desired results.

Directions - Apply to face and neck. Gently massage in circular motion. Spread evenly.
Verdict - Product did not affect skin all the way. Will not repurchase unless purchase in full complete set.
