REVIEW : Ciracle Jeju Water Sleeping Mask

This product is understood to be an effective overnight mask used to renew to moisture and suppleness to tired and dry skin. It contains natural minerals, flakes of pure gold, and natural Jeju mineral water to nourish the skin and protect in from toxins.

First thing, from reading the description above, you would notice the "flakes of pure gold" part, we are not sure if this claim is true, but there are definitely gold flakes embedded in the mask such as below. If you look closely enough, that is.

Other than that part, when we got all excited when we opened to tub to check it out, what greeted us first was the smell. Truth be told, its not pleasant. The looks of it seemed so harmless, but honestly this has got to be the strongest unpleasant smell we ever sensed in a mask. We were prepared as we know by now ciracle products tend to have that herbal kind of smell but this one, was far too much for us. However for beauty, its tolerable, haha.

On our first try we let it on, it was hard to get to bed as we were pretty excited for the results. This was because other than the smell, it actually feels quite good on the skin. Its texture is somewhat of aloe vera gel, its cooling as well. You could definitely see the old flakes on your skin as you spread it on your face.

Behold, the next morning came. You could still see the flakes on your skin and somewhat, just saw it naturally brightens up your skin when you look into the mirror. This might be a deceptive tactic as we knew our skin only looked brighter because of the flakes, and we have yet to wash it all off. Before we washed it off, feeling the texture of it, it has set into the skin overnight and has become more of a sticky texture. The skin feels cool and moisturised.

After washing it off, what surprised us was, our face was glowing. It actually brightened the skin and created this healthy glow. Skin felt soft and bouncy at the same time, we were bought right there and then. However there were downside worries such as if the gold flakes are clean to come in contact with the skin, if it will damage the skin. or if it is just a gimmick to fool all of our money. But I guess we were all satisfied so far. We will update the review if we change our minds.

Direction - Use after cleanser and toner. Spread mask all over face. Leave mask on overnight. Wash mask off with cool water the next morning.

**Do not use over injured or infected skin. Use 1 to 2 times per week for normal skin, use 2 to 3 times per week for oily skin.

Verdict - Happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend.

REVIEW : Ciracle Jeju Volcanic Clay Mask

As in the name, this mask contains volcanic clay taken from Jeju Island, Korea. It contains volcanic ash, which is known for its ability to cleanse the skin of impurities. Skin impurities come about when exposed to polluted environment. This mask is also suitable for all skin types.

Below includes a list of properties of the clay mask.

• Tighten pores
• Remove dead skin cells
• Absorb sebum and skin waste and to remove them
• Sooth blemishes
• Reduce and prevent blackheads
• Moisturise the skin
• Purify and whiten skin tone

We were sold the moment we read up on its properties. Volcanic clay for mask? Take our money. And this has definitely lived up to our expectation. It tingles when you first put it on but the rest of the time it just feels so good like it is already working on polishing your skin. Even as we first saw the mask the thickness of it already look good, such as below.

We tried this product for a month. Using it only about 3 times per week. We were not looking to expect anything much, thats why when after the second week our skin seemed to be less oily than how it usually was did we notice the impact the product had. If you look closely, although it was supposed to clear the skin of impurities, and unclog the skin, we find it less efficient in doing so. Clogged skin remained still after 2 weeks.

It polishes your skin and we do not recommend you use it every day, as it can be too harsh for the skin. Also to really try out the product and to see if it works, do not use other oil controlling products or those with the same properties, or you will not be able to single point them out which is the one working and which is not.

Direction - Cleanse face and follow with toner. Apply product on desired area with 2mm thickness. Leave on mask for 5 to 20 minutes. Wash off mask and pat dry. Use 2 to 3 times per week for oily skin. Use 1 to 2 times per week for dry skin.

Verdict - Its rich texture alone is truly worth a shot trying it on for yourself.

REVIEW : Ciracle Blemish Care - Red Spot Healing Cream

The cream comes in this small tub and it is a slight creamy mint colour. It seems pretty sticky and it is not the fluid kind of cream. We are disappointed it does not come with a spatula as it might be unhygienic to reach into the tub every time to use it, but you can always use your own. The cream smells medicinal and might not be to your liking at first but it certainly helps in making it feel like it will more likely work when you put it on, right? You can see how is it like as below in the photo.

If you have acne prone skin or even with occasional sprouts here and there every time of the month, this cream is for you. At first when we tried it on overnight, we woke up to a tight feeling on our faces. Like as if someone was pulling on the sides. That may be a little exaggerating but you get it, it makes the face feel tighter. And as for pimples, what we did was we would spot it and put concentrated cream on it, which means more on it, such as below.

What we realised was by the morning, it naturally calmed down, and for more serious pimples it would take bout two nights before it calmed. This is definitely out go-to when it came to preparing for an event about 2 to 3 days beforehand. Always have this with you to treat those nasty pimples.

**This cream will not make your acne and pimples disappear overnight but it helps them heal faster. For blemished skin, you will not see much of a difference unless you put this on some serious pimple, then you would get what we mean. Always note that you should always know what products you put on your skin and if it is suitable for you. Do not use products for treating acne on your skin if its just a little blemished or if you just have red sensitive skin. It might be too harsh and damage your skin.

To add to the plus points, the tub is prefect for travelling, its small and convenient and you can even bring it onboard the cabin as it is not in liquid form. One tub can actually last you at least a month half even with its small size.

Direction -  For hygiene purposes, use a spatula to scoop product to back of hand. Dot strategically then spread on skin after cleanser and toner.

Verdict - Will definitely get another tub.

Firstly the packaging of it is in this small sized bottle, we are happy with the dropper as it means it is a lot cleaner when you put it on your face. With its' small size though it can last quite long as you just have to use very little amount of it. So we would say the price is okay in the sense if this is for long term usage.

For this product, we tried it on with only once daily, every night. The effects of this is a bit slow, and even after 3 weeks to a month, we barely see any difference to pore size. However, you might still want to give it a try on your own skin as this product from ciracle actually had many rave reviews beforehand. It might work differently on different skin, or if exposed to different conditions. As attached below, before and after a month usage.

We will update our review if it does work in the next month or so, fingers crossed !

Directions - Use every morning and night after cleansing. Pump on cotton or palm and apply over pores and wrinkled skin.

Verdict - Not too impressed but will continue using, hoping for the better !
